The space
There’s a legacy of Hawaiian royalty being this close to the ocean. Located in Maili, and one of O’ahu’s few ocean-front condos, the building adjoins the far end of this long, scenic beach park. This condo was designed to reflect both contemporary and old Polynesian influences (dark carpet, inlaid stone hallway and kitchen flooring, green paint (with mica sparkles!) and green stone countertops with lots of Hawaiian wood. Designed for the relaxing pace of the Hawaiian islands.
Come and enjoy the best of the Leeward Coast. Close to Makaha (and its famous surf beaches), Waianae (but not in Waianae, so no roosters here!), Ko Olina, Electric Beach, and Kapolei. Pearl City, Honolulu, Waikiki, Mililani, and the North Shore are all within easy reach everyday. There is no better place for your perfect Hawaiian vacation.
Oceanfront 1 bedroom/1.5 bath condo with 2 queen beds available (one in master bedroom and a large queen sofa bed in the living room) and approximately 900 ft living space. Powerful A/C air conditioning in the bedroom and is enough to cool the whole unit with some fans on to circulate the air (esp if curtains are drawn when the sun shines in).
Located on the top floor, ONLY this corner unit has an unobstructed, private view of the ocean and beach (without seeing other units or neighbors). This condo also has the perfect spot along the coast and best angle for amazing, head-on sunset and moonsets views (no more looking off at an angle at the sunset).
The best condo and best value in Maili Cove. 30-day minimum, no smoking, no pets allowed.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole condo, beautiful and relaxing pool (with amazing sunsets and unbelievable night sky), BBQ’s, large grass and activity areas, direct beach gate access, laundry room (with new card/app activated machines) and more.
